Air Force crew chief → B2B SaaS revenue leader → AI-native GTM engineer.

I started in the Air Force as a crew chief on Boeing KC-135s. From there I went into B2B SaaS, first as a BDR, promoted into sales in seven months, then worked my way through AE, Regional Manager, and Director of GTM into RevOps and product.
Ten years of that has spanned general industry, healthcare, eLearning, data analytics, and real estate. The buyers, sales cycles, and objections change; the infrastructure problems look remarkably similar.
I've been on the revenue side long enough to know what a broken system costs, and on the build side long enough to know what's actually fast to fix. Most GTM problems I've seen are infrastructure problems wearing strategy labels. The data doesn't connect. The report exists but nobody trusts it. The buyer moves from marketing to trial to sales, but nobody owns the full path.
Since 2018, I've run 5,000+ virtual B2B SaaS product demos. At Paperless Pipeline, I own that path: the website, content and acquisition systems, customer-facing web apps, 1,000+ product demos over two years, activation and trial-to-paid metrics, a unified revenue data layer, internal RevOps tooling, and weekly executive funnel reporting.
I build the working system, put it into production, and operate it against the metric it was meant to move.
Currently Revenue Systems & GTM Infrastructure Lead at Paperless Pipeline. My independent products are an R&D lab for AI-native software and GTM systems. MBA from WGU, B.S. in Biology from WSU, and an AAS in Aerospace Technology Systems. USAF veteran.
I don't talk about AI in theory. I talk about what I've built, what I've shipped, and what I've seen move pipeline.
