Paperless Pipeline rebuild: +92.8% sessions and +69.4% form submits

Paperless Pipeline had a strong product, but acquisition, website conversion, sales conversations, and revenue reporting lived in separate loops. The work was to connect those loops to a clearer buyer journey and a more useful operating view.

I own the live buyer conversation while continuing to build the system around it: rebuilt the marketing site in Lovable, moved AEO from 33 to 98, shipped conversion tools, built revenue intelligence views, turned call feedback into traceable voice-of-customer evidence, and added an on-demand demo path.

Start with the buyer, then make the system legible. I run demos, close business, audit the site as an AI crawler reads it, map acquisition and conversion in GA4, build views for pipeline, forecast, trial-to-paid, usage, and churn, and use call evidence to prioritize the next build.

Evidence: owner-supplied GA4 launch analysis for Jun 17–Aug 20, 2026 versus Apr 13–Jun 16, 2026, plus Search Console exports dated Aug 21, 2026. The period comparisons are observed associations; they do not prove the rebuild alone caused every visit or conversion. Overall engagement rate was 23.7%, below the cited real-estate benchmark range.

Working on something like this?

I'm interested in full-time remote roles where I can own the connective tissue between demand, product, sales, data, and revenue.
